Doug Reichert, CP, LP / Certified and Licensed Prosthetist

Doug Reichert has dedicated more than 25 years of his prosthetic expertise and care to the Kenosha, Racine, Milwaukee, and Northern Illinois areas. He received his BS in Intensified Science Studies from Villanova University. Reichert then attended Northwestern University Feinberg Medical School’s Prosthetics Program, completed his residency in Milwaukee, WI, and obtained his ABC (The American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Pedorthics) certification in 1994. His affiliations include the American Prosthetic Orthotic Association, the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, the Illinois Society of Orthotics and Prosthetics, and the Midwest Chapter of American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics, for which he has served on the board. Doug specializes in state-of-the-art prosthetic techniques. He has taught courses in prosthetics at Northwestern University, and lectures  and provides educational in-services on prosthetics to various local and regional organizations.


Bill Whalen, CO, LO / Certified and Licensed Orthotist, Prosthetic Resident

Bill joined Reichert Prosthetics Orthotics in 2012 as our lead orthotist. He graduated from Northwestern with certificates in both orthotics and prosthetics, and is a certified licensed orthotist and a resident prosthetist. Each day he strives to provide the best patient care possible. Bill has a wide variety of experience including upper and lower extremity and spinal orthotics. When he is not providing patient care, you can find him out on the mountain bike trails or catching a hockey game.

Elizabeth Bianchi-Knod, CPO/Certified Prosthetist Orthotist

Elizabeth joined Reichert Prosthetics Orthotics July, 2018.  She graduated from the College of Science & Engineering at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities in 2014 with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and then received her Masters degree in Health Sciences – Orthotics and Prosthetics from California State University-Dominguez Hills.  Elizabeth recently completed a two year dual prosthetic and orthotic residency with Chicago-based O & P group, Scheck & Siress where she worked to hone her skills with specialists in a variety of aspects of the field including, but limited to: scoliosis and pediatric orthotics, numerous prosthetic technologies including vacuum, subischial and PFFD prosthetics, and custom burn masks.  When Elizabeth is not with her patients, you most likely will find her enjoying the outdoors, running, woodworking, reading and doing arts and crafts.


Kristina Cusimano, CTP/ Certified Technician Prosthetics

Kristina re-joined Reichert Prosthetics Orthotics as Lab Manager/Technician in the early Spring, 2016.  She has been in the orthotics and prosthetic industry for more than 12 years and is dedicated to providing quality products and patient care each day.  When out of the office, Kristina enjoys spending time with her spouse, family and friends.

Janice Dupont, Office Manager

Janice has been with Reichert Prosthetics Orthotics for 15 years. She has been in the medical field for over 30 years. Janice has experience working with insurance companies, billing, scheduling and helping patients with the process of obtaining their prosthesis and/or orthosis. Her experience in many different office aspects makes her a very valuable asset to our company. She is a Kenosha native and lives in town with her husband Mark, son Nick and adorable golden doodle, Carly. Janice enjoys reading, volunteering for her church and spending time with family and friends.
